The requirements for buying and selling homes changes every day but, as the statistics tell us, Canadians buy and/or sell their home every 8.9 years. Buying and selling homes is what I do every day and I am happy to Coach you through this experience regardless if you are a first time buyer or if you have a multi-million dollar exclusive home you wish to buy and/or sell.
